Do you ship to my country?

We just might. At the moment we ship to all European Union countries and the US. 

I would like to retail your stuff in my store. What do I do?

Can I wash my bowls in the dishwasher or will it damage them?

You most certainly can. The dishwasher will not damage your bowls in any way, and they are perfectly dishwasher-safe. Just remember to let the bowls dry for a while after they come out of the dishwasher. The bowls will most likely also be very, very cool, as the cooling function will naturally activate during the washing cycle when the bowls are in contact with that much water – this is completely normal of course. 

My bowl does not have an even surface. Is it flawed?

All our products are hand-made by real people, so it’s natural that they will have slight variations. The color is painted on the ceramic bowls with a large brush, all by hand, which is why your bowl is actually a unique piece of art. All our products go through rigorous and constant testing and quality assurance to make sure you will always have a top-notch product in your hands – we’re kind of strict about this over here.
